The staff, especially Christie, was wonderful. When I got there I did not have a wardrobe. I explaned that I was going to be there for 6 days and needed a closest. It was quickly taken care of and I could hang my clothes. I thought the rooms were a little small for the price with no frig. But the breakfast every morning was wonderful.

Unusual to be in a hotel that will clean your room, but only if you request the services. Staff were always helpful and their breakfasts outstanding… just sorry they don’t have regular meals in the evenings - they offer just casual snacky type food and beverage. One thing I didn’t like was the bathroom shower/tub combo. If you’re fairly short like me, getting in and out was always done carefully… a grab bar would be a big asset.

Amazing experiences. The subway station is just a few meters away from the hotel. My parents and friends had been to Copenhagen several times and told me that they wished they knew about this hotel when they visited.

Smaller boutique hotel with an excellent rooftop bar and breakfast area. The location is close to many historical attractions and transportation via the Norreport Metro Station and buses. The M2 goes directly from the airport to the Norreport station.

Great location, clean rooms, wonderful staff, delicious and high quality breakfast. The only negative was that the rooms were too hot even with the thermostat at the lowest setting. The duvet/bed cover was too hot. Perhaps consider having lghter duvets. Overall wonderful hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice new building, very nice breakfast and it's a nice place. Need bedside tables, also there's not way to open the outside door on the street after hours if you don't have a key and no way to contact the front desk, if i did not have a cell phone i would have been stuck on the street. The entrance is also hard to find if not in front of it, need signs around the corner on the same building, when arriving late at night it's hard to see.

I loved the hotel, I simply didn’t like the area it is in. The morning breakfast was amazing. And the staff were delightful. I feared the location would lead to some noise but my room was wonderfully quiet.

We loved everything about the hotel except the bed. It said it was supposed to be a king size bed, but it was smaller than a queen. So sleep wasn’t good unfortunately.

Excellent area to be close to trains, food, and shopping. You can walk east all the way across town, north to the castle and park, two train stations right there and plenty of bikes to rent right across the street. The rooftop bar was great and included free drinks from 4-5. Only bad part was finding the entrance and you have to take the elevator to the 6th floor to check in at the bar :-)
