"We were Rs. 10000 for smoking in the room. Then did not inform us in advance about this penalty They held back our bags till we were forced to pay Rs. 10000. If they would have told us verbally about the penalty we wouldn’t have stayed there at all Overall we were totally disappointed with their attitude. I request to ask them to refund our money paid through credit card. Thanks Prashant "

"Horrible Experience....We booked two rooms for 25th Dec in advance. The receptionist Sambit also confirmed the booking at his end. When we reached on the 25th Dec to our shock we came to know there was no booking reserved, when checked with Sambit he conveniently denied any communication but when we showed him our call details he acknowledged he did confirm the booking.
