"Upgraded to a suite on arrival as early check in had not been prepared, very helpful staff on arrival. Inconsistent experience with reception staff following this. Did not feel welcomed. Room was wonderful, breakfast to be expected."

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and has both a Metro and train station within a 5-6 minute walk with easy access to the city centre. I’d recommend Metro over the train. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Even recognising me as a guest of multiple visits."

"We were looking for a budget option stay as we arrived at Copenhagen Airport at 11.00 pm, and the Cabinn Hotel was ideal. Seven minutes from the airport, checked in quickly and in our room at 11.30. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but had en-suite, beds comfortable and we heard no noise. Checked out first thing in the morning, able to leave our luggage in lockers and jumped on the metro into central Copenhagen. "
