"Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was beyond great, and very kind. The King room looked just like the pictures. My only complaint is the specific room I was in felt like that room hadn’t been used in a while. It smelled a bit stuffy or old. The bathroom sink also had a little mold and some kind of tiny white bugs coming out of the back part. With it being a luxury property, I was a little surprised by this, but every property has its moments. Hopefully next time I visit the room accommodation will different. Overall though, the room was HUGE with the king size bed; great location; great staff; city and airport bus stop right in front of the property. I will be back to Seoul soon, and will definitely be back to this property. They made me feel very welcomed🤗"

"I have visited this hotel nine times and have generally enjoyed my previous stays. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I felt the service standards had declined significantly. The staff were noticeably unfriendly throughout my stay. There was confusion regarding the availability of items on the drinks menu, and the breakfast experience felt impersonal, with little effort made to guide guests. The Front Office team was also cold and unhelpful when I requested room cleaning. As a repeat guest, I was previously recognised by the staff and had always felt welcomed. This time, however, the interactions felt rude and indifferent, which was disappointing given my history with the hotel. Based on this experience, I will likely consider other hotels for my future visits."

"Staff at Lobby spoke English, very kind & helpful. Housekeepers also spoke English, if u need anything in ur room they come quick Breakfast epic, amazing fresh food, staff spoke English very kind. Rooms r big wood floor, big windows great view. Bathroom enough space for shower, toilet has private space with door. Hotel is in a great location, very safe, lots of places to eat & have breakfast or cup off coffee (Starbucks & Paris Baguette)."

"Great hotel. Very nice, comfortable bed great shower and bathroom. Price is great. Gym and sauna is amazing but you have to pay for them both. Very centrally located. Short Ubers to everywhere. I would recommend the hotel and stay. Only if you are ok with having to take short uber rides. The area isn’t isolated by any means. But you can’t just walk outside and be around sites and stores. You will need to uber. About 10 min"
