Amazing value. No good views of the city here, but in return you get space! Lots of it. Very central for certain things. Staff were great, and wonderful to communicate with.

Very comfortable, clean room. Good area. Mt husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Would stay here again. We loved the LG styler that helped clean our clothes, next time if we stay here, we won’t have to pack that much. There was an express machine where I got coffee every morning. The coffee was very good. We loved the heated floors. The staff was very responsive and were very nice!

The rooms are exactly as they appear in photos. The exterior is not much to look at and it's nestled in a cluster of other hotels and businesses which makes finding it a little tricky. But once you get into the room you feel at home. The room came with plenty of towels and amenities. Kitchen had everything we needed including small plates, coffee cups, wine glasses, utensils and a water kettle. The property always has someone on site to handle requests or questions. The only suggestion would be to be clearer about the check in process. You check in via a booth since there's no reception. There was no communication about this but luckily since staff is on site they came out to help.

Really enjoyed our stay at AC Palace. It is a very convenient apartment style hotel with large refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven, etc. it felt like we had our own little apartment in Gangnam. It is a good location with nearby metro and shopping nearby. It is not exactly close to the main parts of Gangnam but was fine for us even for an evening or morning walk was fine. Catching metro or uber to other parts of Seoul was easy. Loved it!

Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip.

Visiting from LA and wanted a super clean spot. Better than most of the hotels we stayed at during out Japan -> Korea trip. Easy check-in. Great spot. Killer BBQ spot that's open super late just down the street. Would stay here again. No views but the price reflects that. Big value otherwise.
