"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

"The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts- so not in congested inner city. The Taj service and hospitality is always fantastic and this property lives up to the high standards. Special mention for the breakfast room staff (Ckowk) - Deepak, Stithy and Dhananjay- they were so so nice and made the stay wonderful. Front desk Supriya was also very helpful and made every effort to make us comfortable. This is a property I would highly recommend! 5* "

"The hotel was well maintained and food service was good. Wifi and network coverage was not up to the mark and faced frequent disconnects. The hotel location is excellent and is located near main market. I stayed with my wife and 1.5-year-old daughter. Following are the pros and cons in my experience: Pros: (1) The hotel is very welcoming and the environment is friendly; (2) Every staff, be it from cleaning, restaurant, or guard duty, are very helpful and genuine. (3) Hotel lobby is very spacious. (4) Room service is free. (4) Quality of food is excellent. (5) WiFi connectivity is good inside the room, but it does not work in the restaurant area. "

"What a great property, near the ghats and Kashi Viswanath Temple, room views of the Ganges. The staff was fantastic, great food from the kitchen. Very walkable in the heart of Varanasi. The hotel hosts were amazing, arranged a private guide and a day package to visit different temples and sites around the city, made my stay even more amazing... Highly recommend this hotel in Varanasi!!! "

"A nice hotel and staff are polite helpful and professional. Breakfast provided was the best I ever come across. Very authentic Indian foods were served along with typical western foods. Clean overall though at times you may have to wait a bit to get the hot water coming. "
