Feel like it’s a little silly you could use lawn chairs freely around the resort but 20ft away at the beach area you can’t touch the 200 they have stacked without payment. However, a few things that didn’t meet our expectations were the following: -overall checkin was frustrating and communication was lacking from the property management company. -lack of items in unit such as towels. "This was a great place to stay in Maui for families. The washer and dryer were so very useful, the beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed the resort pool as well. Check in was easy; it is just like checking in at any other Westin."

"Our family of four (children aged 7 and 9) loved our stay at the Westin Nanea. The 1br was a good size (pull out bed in living room) and the location is spectacular."

"Location and pool area are fantastic but the food at the pool bar is awful. The hotel needs updating too. The elevator and hallways smell old and musty. Our washing machine didn’t clean the clothes at all and the oven literally took 30mins to preheat. We had an ocean view but it was not direct and for what we paid for the room, I felt ocean view was false advertisement. You can’t see it from the living room. Bartenders and staff were fantastic though."
