Resort was beautiful! However, there was just one small inconvenience which was the lost of internet connection and so we were not able to stream YouTube for 2 days. Other than that the resort was awesome in every way. Staffs were super friendly and helpful!

Overall, a wonderful experience with exceptional location combining hilly forest and beach. Rooms and property condition are outstanding. Beach is a bit of a walk and not private. On site food very good, not exceptional. Check in and check out experience could be friendlier. On site concierge desk is average.

Partial ocean view as promised. Food good but not outstanding and food prices were ridiculously high ( $60) for breakfast buffet. It was nice but very busy and noisy at times because of so many people. Nice luxury hotel but didnt always feel like the relaxed pace we have expected from Hawaii.

The hotel, property, and staff were all amazing. I really enjoyed the ability to walk the Coastal Trail (Daily) and also the Mahana Trail from the hotel. The beach at the hotel was not the greatest for swimming as it was big waves, but if you wanted to surf or boogie board it was great. The pool was amazing, but it was SUPER windy the whole time I visited (6 days) so it was not great pool time or sitting on my balcony. I also treated myself to a massage and it was amazing plus the sauna, steam room, and hot tubs you were able to use. I would go again, but would make sure it was not windy season as that was a big bummer. Only tiny tiny improvements that I could find was a higher quality hair blow dryer (as it was a cheap conair), and a full length mirror in the room would have been nice. Overall highly recommend.

Rooms were spacious, bed was fantastic, black out curtains were much appreciated, the property was beautiful and the amenities were well appointed. It has an overall low key, laid back vibe that lends itself to relax and soothe you while not overwhelming you with over the top faux luxury like you would find in Las Vegas type resorts. All of the details are well thought out and put together. Staff is very helpful, very well trained and real on top of making sure you are cared for during your stay.
