The Gardens at West Maui

"What I loved the most was the staff they are all very friendly and always quick to help with whatever you might need. No serious complaints a lot of the small things were due to the weather and it being an older building. In the perfect location, not too busy but only 10-20 mins away from any well known location. And only 10 min walk from the beach <3 which is perfect bc all the beach parking is mostly pay to park. Overall would recommend if you are staying longer than a week."

"The location was perfect and the room were a great size. It was convenient to go places from there. The place does. Red some updates . A good cleaning attention to details and a paint job. The bathroom door was stained and gross. Some of the dishes were dirty in the kitchen. I always wash everything before I use it. You would definitely want to be aware of that. They did have cleaning supplies thankfully. We felt safe at this location and will probably return. It was very relaxing and beautiful When we checked in the young lady was very helpful with directions and suggestions of places in the area ."

"Very close access to beach.. Quite location. Pool across the street. Trash shed access a few yards away. Nice patio with peek-a-Bo view of ocean and waves. Kitchen nicely supplied. Great walking paths (miles of paths and roads along Ocean). Great Golf @Plantation with very nice Club House open to public. Secure feeling. Walking distance to Honolua Grocery store where prices were almost 40% less than Safeway and other grocery stores. Walking distance to Ritz and other restaurants serving really great dishes. A/C was loud but efficient. Ants in upstairs bathroom and downstairs dining area. Contacting Management had no dedicated number so I had to press #’s and hear repeated options but once connected staff was very helpful. Unfortunately upon arrival the main bathroom towel rack was ripped from the wall leaving broken plater and towels in tub. Repaired the next Day. Asked for an hour early check in and was told the cleaning crew were not done with the unit. Don’t know why no one noticed the holes in the wall above the bath tub where the towel rack was with fresh towels. Other than that a great unit. Lovely grounds. Relaxing and very convenient."

"We had the most amazing time at this property. It exceeded all of our expectations and has one of the most incredible views you could imagine. So smart to have the recliners facing out to enjoy the vistas! This villa has all the comforts of home and the convenience of trails and beach access that aren’t overcrowded. The owner was easy to work with and made sure we had all the information we needed. We felt taken care of and confident in our chosen of rental. Highly recommend and we plan to come back again!"

"Overall the stay was nice. We’re a family of 7. The beach access is probably the best thing about this rental - kids spent most of the day at the beach. The downside to the house is the internet is very poor, our phones worked better at the beach than the house (maybe a good thing if you want to unplug). Washer and dryer are also not in the home, they’re located in the garage which is not accessible through the house - You need to go out the front door and downstairs to access garage and washer and dryer. Could also use a larger water heater, showers turn cold pretty quick - this home has an 30Gallon water tank. Overall nice place. Great location"
