"Second time staying here and we love how relaxing and not-busy this resort is. Unfortunately, this time there were some issues that could’ve been and should’ve been handled. We had 2 rooms and both didn’t have any soap for bathroom sink provided. We had to call housekeeping to get some so that we could wash our hands after using the bathroom and it took over and hour and 2 calls to get it. We found cockroaches in a couple of areas (the pool and outside our room) and when we called to have someone take care of it, it took over 4 hours and more calls to the front desk. On top of that, the Holoholo store on the property, had THE MOST rude worker. She was in the coffee bar area and every time we went, she was so clearly irritated to have to help anyone. She was equally rude to everyone I saw her come in contact with so I know it wasn’t just toward us. Spoke to the hotel manager, Sally, who was aware and advised about the situation. She was very apologetic but this store isn’t actually associated with the resort. Whatever you do, don’t eat breakfast at the Piko restaurant in the resort. Beyond expensive and none of us enjoyed the food! Lunch bar is great for food however!"

"We absolutely loved this condo - it's furnished beautifully and had everything we needed - exactly like the pictures showed. The outdoor patio was stunning - had outdoor dining and chaise lounges. We enjoyed a glass of wine every night while the sun was going down and coffee at sunrise overlooking the ocean. There were monk seals and turtles that we saw right in front of the deck! It's directly next to the best snorkeling spot and beach park. The host was wonderful - checked on us numerous times. We can't wait to return!!"

"Amazing location! We walked to Kahalu’u and snorkeled/surfed. This was exactly as photographed and described. There were multiple boogie boards, chairs, a surf board, and a cooler. We cooked many meals - it was easy thanks to how well stocked the kitchen was! We also enjoyed the gorgeous pool area. Many thanks!"

"At check in we were temporarily disappointed because our room wasn’t ready so we left but they called about 30 minutes later to say it was ready and the staff was super accommodating 🙏 The room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable! Also we had an incident on the bed and housekeeping came the next morning with all the linen to change the bed! Thank you for making our staycation perfectly relaxing!! 😉"

"Great little place tucked away 5 mins from Kahalu'u bay making it a great base for water activities and quieter than the locations downtown. The property was surrounded by lots of trees, plants and local wildlife. Supermarkets were close by with some options for food and the property was well equipped for reheating food or even cooking if needed. parking was offered but we didn't need it. The room was clean and the open air design still kept us cool though we would have some company from lizards and bugs every now and then, it didn't bother us. Great stay and hospitality, would stay here again!"

"Loved our stay! Very clean. The extras that came with the condo like in the storage unit - beach snorkel gear was so nice. The kitchen was packed with "extra" appliances like a coffee bean grinder (saved us), a juicer, ninja mixer. There was plenty of parking and the pool was empty most of the time so very quiet and nice. The Lanai had a beautiful view. We would stay here again! Couple of things to keep in mind - No indoor table to eat at just counter/ bar top. We are light sleepers. We live in the country so it was noisy at night for us. The AC unit in the guest room is pretty loud when it turns on. Since you are right off Ali'i Drive it can be pretty noisy late at night. We were lucky to have no one above us 90% of our stay but you are on the first floor. So we had some noisy people the last few nights. None of things would stop of us from coming back but I would just bring a noise machine or sleep machine for my next stay."
