"This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room I was assigned was significantly better than the one I had during my first visit. It appears that some of the rooms have been renovated, and this time I felt much more comfortable with the overall cleanliness and condition of the room.
One of the main reasons I like this hotel is its convenient location close to downtown. I booked two rooms for my family, and both were comfortable and suited our needs well.
My only issue was during check-in. A young employee at the front desk took nearly an hour to provide the second room, even though I had clearly reserved two rooms under the same reservation. The delay was confusing, and I never fully understood what caused it.
Other than that, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again."
