This hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, so helpful and so nice. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a river view and it was beautiful. The bar in the hotel and on rooftop were great and Nicholas made the best drinks! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The thing that stood out for me at this hotel was the reception service and concierge service. Exceptional! We also enjoyed the modern room lighting, Japanese, toilet, rainforest shower, and many other lovely amenities. Dining at Bar George for breakfast and dinner was absolutely divine! We felt spoiled from beginning to end!

The parking situation was atrocious. But the value, quality, and service were pretty great, minus some noise from outside construction early in the morning. All around it was a very pleasant stay, and would stay again.

Huge and complete apartment in a great location. Good breakfast and cordial staff. The only complaint is the pillows - they’re awful. The guests deserve better ones.

One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve stayed in! Great bed, great pillows, and wonderful shower! Very clean and neat and modern. Located right in the old town area and very walkable to many of the local points of interest. Nice large breakfast area. Laundry situation was funky, but no big deal.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and warm and welcoming. They offered advice on restaurants nearby and were there to answer any questions. The room was perfect and quiet. I appreciated the lovely breakfast that was served every morning with an additional cost. The location was great. It is close to shopping, food and downtown. It is easily accessible through public transit. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel in a great location. Dozens of restaurants to choose from a short walk away. Easy access to the train station and a Covid19 test facility. Room was excellent, bed was comfortable, shower was awesome. Great stay.

This is a true gem ! Super cute musically themed hotel located in fabulous neighborhood for walking and dining . Loved the cute touches in our room - working turntable and vinyl records to play ! Very clean , staff very friendly!

We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay at Boxotel again if we’re in Montreal! Also, there is an adorable rescue dove in the lobby!

Need more personal article or toilette in the bathroom... like shower cap and tissues

We had booked the two-bedroom apartment for our family of four. It was just right and had a spacious balcony. Everything you need for your stay is provided including tea, coffee, salt and pepper. The 24-hour front desk is very convenient and is manned by knowledgeable staff. They do give you extra towels, bedsheets, pods for dishwasher and washer, if required.
