"Wasn't sure what to expect and had some specific needs. Overall it was a very positive experience, the accommodation was better than I anticipated, excellent location for walking/ shopping/siteseeing, suite layout was very well done and well equipped, staff were all helpful and courteous, excellent continental breakfast. We arrived earlier than expected and anticipated hours before we could check in, but the hotel was able to check us in on arrival with exactly what we needed. I would for sure reserve here again next time I am in Montreal."

"The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, but smelled like wet dog. Our room didn’t have a functioning window, so I couldn’t air it out. We asked for bedding for the sofa bed and it didn’t arrive until 1 in the morning…I did enjoy the shower along with the complimentary body wash and lotion. Indoor parking was a plus! We only stayed one night, but I don’t think I’d stay for longer."

"Breakfast was excellent. Clean rooms, everything in excellent condition. The hotel even gave take out plates for breakfast which was amazing. One feedback would be to have a process whereby you track and ensure that people who eat breakfast are actually residents of the hotel because it seems like some people come from outside to enjoy the free breakfast due to the crowd and some food finishing on time."
