"There was garbage under a desk. You don't want to pay for a room like that. It's sad because the room was great other than that. A real problem with maintenance. I mentioned it to the clerk at checkout. He did not offer anything, even if he recognized it was unacceptable. I am not going to spend my money in Hilton again."

"Rooms are modern looking and clean. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food, and even made accommodations for those with allergies. The only knock is that on Saturday and Sunday morning (at breakfast’s peak hours) they kept running out of cutlery. People were waiting around for a while. Staff and service were amazing. My bathtub was almost fully clogged and when I brought it up to front desk, they were genuinely sorry. They had the issue fixed immediately. Overall, nice property with well maintained basic necessities. It’s so close to Old Montreal and also very close to St. Catherines Street. It is in the heart of Chinatown. It also right near the highway, so easy to access. I’d recommend. "
