"When we booked the price was excellent . There was too many people at the breakfast non place to walk no place to sit we had to go to our room which was perfect since we had a small kitchen table. The room is good size "

"Hot tub was down due to ceiling issues so the main reason I picked this hotel over others wasn’t available, much like the elevators. Six elevators for over 30 floors. They work great during slow times of the day but we waited for over ten minutes before one came to the eleventh floor multiple times in 3 nights stay. The restaurant and bar were also not open very late. Otherwise a clean and accommodating hotel. Just wouldn’t have paid this much for a hotel without a hot tub!"

"I didn't try the breakfast but my room kept smelling like food on the first night and I was on the 14th floor. It bothered me. The room was super hot and I tried to lower the temperature. The toilet was so close to the bathroom that you can't properly sit on it. I came one day and all they did was do the bed. The washroom was full of hair on the floor. There were crumbs on the table I had a sandwich on the night before... When I checked out no one asked me if I enjoyed my stay or how it was in the room. The location is the best thing about thos hotel. "

"Clean room, nice pool and sauna. Breakfast is well worth it. Parking is terrible. They use a private lot and I had a ton of issues with the technology and cards being down. "

" Newly refurbished rooms, I could still smell the paint/glue. Room was clean, Front desk staff need more training and the bar/restaurant staff couldn't communicate in either French or English."
