"The location is great, close enough to all of the things we wanted to walk or uber to. The beds are comfy and clean. We eeew never able to get our internet to work for streaming, but that’s not a big deal. The shampoo felt like literal water and did not lather in the slightest. When attempting to use the conditioner, I knocked the bottle applicator off the wall and noticed it was actually empty. Since we stayed a total of three nights, I assumed that would at minimum be refilled or fixed, to no avail, the elevators were miserable. We waited some 20 min outside of the fourth floor and kept hearing the elevator sing as pass right by. A maintenance man finally took us to the utility service elevator. Thankyou! Also the ice machine on the 4th floor did not work—again I was there three nights and it remained broken the entire time. They held our luggage which was a really nice perk so we could enjoy the city without lugging our bags"
