"Very convient location for visiting kanazawa castle and kenrokuen, as well as Omicho Market. Staff was friendly and always greeted me when I was coming and going."

"We did not realize that dinner and breakfast was not included even though it said kaiseki meal in the description. One of the nearby restaurants was closed and the other would not seat foreigners. The staff did offer to call us a taxi to take us to a restaurant 10 minutes away, but we ended up eating snacks from the hotel store for dinner. Luckily we were able to add on breakfast the following morning. But our room was wonderful, staff was helpful, and the property was gorgeous."
