"Coming from LA, we love the North Shore. We've always stayed at Kuilima estate condo. This is the first time staying on the opposite end of the estates, closer to the beach. We really enjoyed staying at the beautiful condo.It was clean, peaceful, well stocked, with lots of beach toys. Love the washer and dryer. The scenery in back of condo was so relaxing. We dined at Leileis where the food is so tasty.We plan on coming bk here next yr. And hope to use the BBQ grill at the pool area. Thanks again K."

"If I could do 4.5 stars I would. We loved the property and it was perfect for the two of us. It was super clean, well stocked and luxurious. Communication with the owner could be much better. They did not respond to several messages and I had to call to check on the weather due to the hurricanes. Check in is a little complicated too but not at all bad. The owners want you to stop by their home to pick up the gate fob but there are two ways around the island and we had family to visit, making their method inconvenient. They did have a back up plan and it worked fine. We’ve stayed at Kuilima Estate before but the other side. This specific neighborhood had a very “active” HOA member who could be a nuisance but nothing too bad. Clearly they get a lot of travelers and they are rightfully expectant that travelers respect this is a residential neighborhood. During the worst of the storm, our side of the island lost power but we did not which I’m guessing is due to the hotel. Whatever the reason, it was a plus."

"Kaimakani is a great host, he answered all questions, gave easy instructions to access the gated community, and get keys. We called him, he let us in and the condo was easy to find. My favorite part was when my sister-n-law walked in and said, "look at this place, it's so nice, it's perfect!"That's all I needed. I didn't anticipate that they provided dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, lotion, so much, the property is beautiful. Great AC, which my brother appreciated. Nice, enclosed lanai. The pool and barbeque were right next door, but the area is very quiet. My brother and sister-n-law brought crab and shrimp, and we drove 10 min and got some steak and grilled at the pool and had a great dinner. The pool was lovely, clean. I had a pool so know what it takes and the water is so comfortable. Roy's Beach House at Turtle Bay was within a 10-minute easy walk on well-kept grounds so it was a great option, and we had a wonderful dinner there. It was a long-awaited staycation for me and loved that my bro and sister-n-law just had a quiet place to chill. So funny, we returned to Waikiki for a wedding and stayed at a nice hotel and all they could talk about was how relaxing it was at the condo. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a kick back, place to stay with great amenities. Very grateful."

"It was a convenient go to place to stay after exploring the North Shore all day. The bed was very comfy and it met all of our needs - if the birds hadn’t woken us up at 4:30 every morning, it would have been perfect. Our host communicated with us very well, too. "

"Beautiful property, great communication with host, very comfortable and clean. Appreciated the black out shades on the sliding glass door. A little loud with the roof replacement going on but it couldn't be helped and we were notified a couple of days before arrival. Wish we had stayed longer!"
