"Great spot for a family looking to spend quality time together. We came with kids ranging from 6 to early teens, and everyone found something to enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were helpful and quick to respond. It's conveniently located right by the pool and a short walk to the beach, so the kids could get in the water whenever they wanted. We had a wonderful stay."

"We enjoyed the property itself, but unfortunately, the undisclosed construction was disruptive and caused parking issues. Gina was responsive and did initially offer us a credit, which we appreciated. However, after returning home, we had to contact VRBO to resolve the credit for the final day of disruption. VRBO handled it quickly. Otherwise, it was a good spot, and we enjoyed the property."

This condo is a 10 minute walk to the Ritz and the beach! Highly recommend! It’s clean, quiet, much better than a hotel room! Loved having a washer/dryer! Remote check-in went without a hitch. The place is clean and beautiful."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week loving life with our family! We had our children and their children and enjoyed being on the ground floor, close to the beach, pool and access to lots of green grass for running around. The kids have been to Hawaii many times but all agreed this was the perfect location and perfect accommodation. The beach toys, chairs and snorkeling gear were nice to have. The room space and large closets with baby gear were a bonus and so nice to have! We will be back!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a 2-night stay at this oceanfront Villa and were so impressed and pleased by location, size, and amenities. Perfect for 2 people.Pros: Wonderful ocean front view, grounds are lovely and well maintained, staff all friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed & excellent sheets, towels, laundry supplies. The fridge is small, but worked fine for us. The unit's finishes are high end & decor tasteful. Having a full size tub and a separate WC in the spacious bathroom was great, as was the walk-in closet. The Ritz right next door with several restaurant & spa options made it very convenient. Wish we'd known the Ritz has a great little market too! Cons: The lanai cushions all had mildew spots (it's very humid in HI) and I found long hairs on our pillowcases upon check-in, so can't give a full 5 stars for cleanliness. Housekeeping replaced pillows immediately. Verdict: Would definitely return and choose a similar unit or several units if traveling with additional people. Didn't open the beach locker at all due to rough surf conditions after a storm. The rental agency had the most detailed list of rules I've ever seen for a rental property, but they also provided information about everything you might need & we had a good experience overall. "
