Nice little room. Didn’t receive upgrade as Mgr informed us that the next highest room was unavailable however we could have upgraded even further but at a ridiculous cost. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We only stayed the 1 night and that was enough .

I was overcharged by the receptionist of this hotel. She took money out from my bank which I didn't authorise. She didn't communicate to me correctly and I felt disadvantage. I won't recommend this place to anyone else. Customer service is poor, lack of empathy and respect.
