This is a fully furnished & updated 3/2 home with a big, fenced &
shady yard with tropical trees and plants, including mango, breadfruit,
lemon, lime, coconut, avocado, tangerine, lychee & dragon fruit. You'll love
cooking in this newly upgraded kitchen with lots of storage and counter
space, there's even a gas cooktop. Split AC's keep the entire house cool
when needed. A well-behaved & quiet pet would be considered. Two car
garage with workbench and lots of driveway parking. A 10-minute walk to
the closest Kailua Beach access, Nico's restaurant and the Aikahi Park
Shopping Center. Centrally located to reach other areas of the island
quickly, near the H-3 highway & Marine Corp Base Hawaii.
