Relax in the beautiful three-bedroom seaside villa in Kailua, where soothing sea waves and soft breezes carry you off. Indulge in the outdoor pool, where you can soak up the sun and relax and end a day of hiking or golf with a massage in the oceanside hot tub. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. Curl up on the couch and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. In the cool evenings, there's a firepit on the ocean deck to relax at the end of a day while listening to the sounds of the ocean waves. The deck has cafe lights to provide just the right amount of light to enjoy the evenings.

The property has an incredible view from the Great Room and has access to a nice part of the ocean with a bit of sand and a view of lots of tide pools that collect on the rock reef.The pool is nicely heated and the hot tub was also fantastic.Aside from the great views and amazing location, the best part of our stay was the host Richard who was helpful with anything we needed and even called us when we needed to evacuate for a tsunami.

Lovely Property and View

My family stayed at this wonderful Kailua home for 6 weeks in May/June and had an incredible experience! The property location and view from the main living space are perfection and the house had everything to offer that we were looking for. Hailey (house manager) and Ramon (house maintenance) were so pleasant to work with whenever we needed anything. We have two kids and we ventured between the pool (on the garden side of the home) and hot tub (on the ocean side) all day long. The upstairs living space/kitchen was open and spacious and the breeze off the ocean always felt incredible. The kitchen, bathrooms and garage (pool/beach toys/chairs) had everything that we needed to make our stay convenient and enjoyable. We went into downtown Kailua and to the beach constantly with ease. We are so happy with our trip and would absolutely recommend this property to others who want a relaxed and lovely vacation!

Great property and superb view!!

This vacation home in Kailua is a genuinely delightful retreat. It offers stunning ocean views, remarkably breathtaking during sunrise. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the property boasts a spacious interior adorned with contemporary decor and abundant natural light, complete with multiple comfortable bedrooms. We definitely enjoyed the Zen like atmosphere of the pool and garden at the front of the house. The fully equipped kitchen greatly facilitates meal preparation, enhancing the overall experience of our stay. This space is ideal for relaxation, adventure, and creating cherished memories with loved ones.During our visit in April, we had the unique opportunity to observe some lively indigenous shearwater birds that roost and nest nearby at night, coinciding with the onset of their mating season. While their vocalizations can be a bit energetic and lively and may require some adjustment for those who favor a quieter sleeping environment, it's worth noting that the property owner has thoughtfully provided earplugs to help mitigate the noise. Overall, this is an enchanting place to unwind, with just a minor consideration regarding the presence of local wildlife.

Magical

Richard’s home is an amazing retreat to paradise. Our family could not have enjoyed the experience more.The home is laid out spaciously with many areas to spread out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf and ocean.The support once on site was immediate and gracious.The pictures are beautiful but the in person experience is far better.We hope to return again soon.

The best vacation rental we’ve ever booked

This is an incredible property. The views are absolutely stunning, the house is fully stocked, the pool area is lovely, and there’s a jacuzzi. What more could you want! We traveled with our 4 year old and 4 month old and it couldn’t have been a better vacation for our young family. You could stay at this house all day and not leave and it would be an incredible vacation. It’s a plus that beaches nearby are some of the most beautiful in the world. Richard was great to communicate with. We cannot wait to go back!

HAWAIIAN HOIDAY

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT STAY, WE WERE MET BY STAFF WHEN WE ARRIVED AND SHE EXPLAINED ALL ABOUT THE HOUSE. SHE ALSO MADE SURE WE WERE ABLE TO GET MY HUSBAND INTO THE HOUSE IN HIS WHEELCHAIR. IT WAS A PERFECT STAY FOR US - WE ENJOYED JUST BEING THERE AT THE HOUSE - WE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SWIMMING POOL, AND HOT TUB, AND OF COURSE, IT WAS 5 MINUTES TO THE CENTER OF TOWN KAILUA. WE WOKE UP TO THE CRASHING SOUNDS OF THE WAVES EVERY MORNING, AND DRANK OUR LION MACADAMIA NUT COFFEE, AND WE WENT SLEEP EACH NIGHT LISTENING TO THE SOUNDS OF THE WAVES. THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM AND NOONE FELT CROWDED OR CRAMPED, AS A PARTY OF 5, WE ALL HAD OUR OWN SPACE TO ENJOY. CAN’T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE - AM CURRENTLY RECOMMENDING TO ALL MY FRIENDS, AND ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO US TALK ABOUT OUR FABULOUS HAWAIIAN HOLIDAY!

Fabulous Hawaiian oceanfront stay

This was the vacation dream to be on the ocean watching sunrises every morning. The house is beautiful! The host was very accommodating and welcomed us with lots of information about the house and our stay. It was a joy to be able to stay in such a beautiful place as we vacationed the island of Oahu!! A true slice of paradise in Kailua

Just spent a month at this outstanding property and I cannot say enough about what a magical place it is. The location in this gorgeous neighborhood of Kailua exceeded our expectations. It is perfectly located to explore all that the island offers and is located near every convenience any family would need. Kailua is a charming beach town with some of the most beautiful beaches on all of O'ahu and we were so happy that we chose this house as our home base to explore. The property is located right on the beach and even though you cannot swim right there and it was a dream to wake up to the incredible view and the sound of the ocean every day. The house is well-maintained and beautifully furnished. The salt water pool is just dreamy and we loved every moment spent in its healing waters. The owner, Richard, is a wonderful, caring and communicative host and tended to our every need. He works with fantastic managers who are on call to help with any issue that came up. Was just an outstanding experience and I truly hope to return someday. 10 out of 10. Thank you Richard for an unforgettable month that we will never forget!

Beautiful home, outstanding ocean and mountain views

This is the second time we have rented this lovely home. The sunrise over the ocean ( seen from Ocean side deck and great room windows) and sunset behind the mountains ( seen from upstairs lanai) starts and ends each day with beauty. Enough room for grandparents, parents, teen grandchildren to be together and have own space. The heated, saltwater pool, walking beautiful Kailua beach, biking for us grands. Mountain hikes, tennis at free , available Kailua courts ,boogie boarding at Kalama section of Kailua beach , zip lining at Kualoa ranch for younger set. Wonderful and relaxing time was had by all. We hope to be back soon.

The Most Amazing Home

We reserved this gorgeous home to accommodate my husband and myself as well as our grandkids (aged 15 and 12) for a long weekend visit, and our adult children for a week. First, this place is as spectacular as the photos show. But there's no way to capture by words alone the full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that mesmerized us as we looked out at the ocean every day. Everything was super clean and even spices were well-stocked, as were pots and pans and kitchen tools. The AC kept the place comfortable on the hottest days - but the relaxing lanai and private pool were our favorite ways to keep cool. Also, it was a quick drive to the nearest beach and not far to Kailua Beach, our favorite. While we didn't need much help, the property managers were very responsive.

Amazing house! The best host!

We come to Hawaii every summer. And this house was a real gem! Such a beautiful direct ocean view! Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat and beautiful beaches of Kailua and Lanikai! Richard was very accommodating and helpful and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Recommend !!!

Stunning property!

Amazing ocean-front view, beautifully furnished, artistically decorated, ocean on one side, and landscaped pool on the other side. I splurged and it was worth the cost especially since my spouse had mobility issues.

Amazing views in a beautiful home with fantastic hosts

We truly loved our Hawaiian vacation in Kailua and couldn’t be happier with this home. It is beautiful and spacious with plenty of expansive views of the ocean. The home is in excellent condition with plenty of amenities and the hosts (Lianne and Ramon) were very gracious and gave us many recommendations for restaurants, shopping, parks, beaches, etc. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful property!

A holiday to remember

We had a great time spending Thanksgiving with the family at this property. It looks even better in person and is extremely comfortable. This side of the island gets a great constant breeze and rolling waves which should be experienced. We appreciate the hospitality and hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful house, amazing location

What an incredible property. The oceanfront views and sounds couldn't be beat. We found ourselves out on the deck most early mornings and late evenings watching the sunrises and the starry nights and listening to the waves crash on the reef. Lots of privacy and tucked away in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. The bedrooms were all well-appointed, comfortable and clean, and the open floor plan second level with panoramic windows was perfect for some down-time between adventures. Kailua's beaches, shopping and restaurants are all a few minutes away. Highly recommend this property.

A hui hou!

Richard, your home was everything I expected, wanted and needed for my trip back home to Kailua. I grew up in Kailua, and wanted my grown children and their wives to see where I am from. The moment I came across the Pali and saw the Windward side I immediately felt myself take a deep breath in, then exhale and instantly relax. That feeling of peace was only enhanced by your beyond beautiful home! Tastefully decorated to compliment the natural surroundings. The property has everything you need to slip right in and feel comfortable and at home! The pool and garden are exceptionally maintained and relaxing. On the beach side of the house the tropical breezes and ocean spray are a joy to just sit and watch all day. While you cannot swim in the ocean right there, that doesn’t matter. You’re only 5 min to the sandy 3 mile Kailua beach and it’s calmer waters. The kitchen was great! I love cooking. We had everything we needed in this fully equipped kitchen. The upstairs living area with its wall of window’s provides countless hours of breathtaking scenery! The pictures on the website are just a small teaser to the real deal! Even my local friends who came over were VERY impressed. Several asked for the property ID # to look into a stay. Your caretakers, Ramon and Lianne (great people!) were very accommodating, when or if you needed them. However, you still had complete privacy. I could go on and on! I know a lot of people say this, however, I mean this from the depths of my soul, I found my Aloha spirit again while here. And I plan to carry that with me as long as possible. Beautiful place

Our family had a lovely time here. We had a 1.5 year old and it was pretty safe with keeping a close eye. The house and view are beautiful. Great location. Easy access to the highways. The beds were SO comfortable. The host and managers were great. Thank you!

Scenic and Relaxing Experience

This house is beautifully designed for its oceanfront location. The wide expanse of windows upstairs provides mesmerizing views and sounds of the ocean. This side faces east so you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning (often the pre-dawn glow provides more interesting colors and patterns than the actual sunrise itself). The louver windows offer a refreshing breeze off the ocean, and we never had a problem with bugs or insects. The open plan area upstairs includes the kitchen, a dining and sitting area, and a small study desk. There is also a covered lanai opposite the ocean view, which overlooks the pool in the front yard, with colorful sunsets over the mountains in the distance, and provides shelter from strong ocean winds and rain. We spent most of our time upstairs and rarely ventured downstairs except to sleep or use the pool. The landscaping is mature and beautiful and gives excellent privacy from the neighboring houses and street. The house is in a quiet residential area, which remained peaceful even during the Christmas and new year period and suited us perfectly. The pool is heated but also warmed by the sun from mid-morning to late afternoon, and is excellent for lap swimming. Kailua center is about 10-15 minutes’ drive away and has plenty of shops and restaurants. Kailua Beach is a short drive away, but you can even walk there. All in all, a wonderful place to spend a vacation. Richard the host was always prompt and helpful with his responses as we planned our trip – thank you.
