This luxury condo is as close to the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific Ocean as you can get at Kanaloa at Kona. Unit 1804 is a top-floor (second floor) oceanfront condo with over 1700 square feet of living space with all the amenities of home. The 180 degree view of the ocean is spectacular providing beautiful sunset views. The private location of the condo provides a relaxing and romantic setting. This is a Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping Property. • Oceanfront Location• Sunset Views Year Round• Quiet, Residential Location• Walk to restaurants & stores• Golfing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Surfing Nearby• Three pools, including one that is oceanfront• 2 Lighted Tennis Courts with stripes for pickle ball• 3 Hot Tubs & 3 BBQ Stations• Tropical Gardens & Flowers• Activities Desk & On-site Security

Starting September 3rd 2024 the Kanaloa parking lot will be re-paved. The project will be done in sections from Sept 3rd through the end of November. Work will usually be performed between Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm but work may be needed on Saturday and Sunday to maintain the schedule. Please contact the owner/manager of the condo you're considering for more detailed information.

Wonderful beachfront condo
The location of this condo was amazing. It has everything we needed and it was a huge plus to have A/C in August. The sunsets from the patio was truly incredible. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. I highly recommend this vacation condo. The owner/manager Kathy was super responsive.

Wonderful family stay
This rental was perfect for my parents, two kids, wife and me. The sound of crashing waves directly outside the unit was wonderful and it came stocked with just about everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation, including a storage locker full of goggles, masks and snorkels, water shoes, etc. It’s also right down the street from the nighttime manta ray snorkeling (awesome thing to do!), which was super convenient.

Wonderful ocean view condo!
We stayed for seven nights at this lovely condo on Hawaii. The private balcony overlooking the ocean was fabulous. We had Kona coffee there every morning and watched the sun set every night. The beds were comfortable, the washer and drier worked well and the owner was very responsive. The unit had an outdoor closet full of snorkeling and other beach equipment, which was very helpful. We did not have to find a snorkel shop to rent. The condo's pools and tennis courts were a plus for us. We used our rental car to go to the different beaches each day, which worked for us. We would definitely return to stay at this unit and hope to do so soon!

Amazing views from the lanai
We absolutely loved the view from the lanai and hearing the crashing waves. This unit is in a fantastic location and is so well furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation!
