(No additional blower in guest bedroom)
Located on the second floor of the north-end of the four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch dolphins swim by year round from lanai! Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! Condo was absolutely wonderful. In the middle of action but still far away enough to not be crazy. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this has been, hands down, the best equipped: kitchen, pool/beach items, bathrooms…it was great!

Great Location, Stunning Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect for us being close enough to town, but still quiet. The view from the lanai is spectacular! The provided toiletries, coffee, dish soap etc. was a nice bonus. Thanks again for sharing your piece of paradise!

Beautiful location

Loved this condo, it was just as pictured. Everything we needed was there and it was so clean and well taken care of. Air conditioner cooled it down nicely on hot days. Beautiful sunsets and Kona is a cool town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The view of all views!

The condo is comfortable and well-equipped, but the balcony is why we’re here. Waves are breaking on a lava wall 30 feet from where I’m writing this. The photo in the listing shows exactly what we’re seeing and hearing. A wonderful place!

Great oceanfront condo

We stayed here for 11 days in Nov/Dec 2023. This is one of not the best stocked properties. There is toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, spices, nice cookware…just bring yourself and do a little grocery shopping. SUPER clean, beds a comfortable. Money well spent! Right on the ocean. Master bed faces ocean with sliding doors. Will be repeat renters. ❤️☀️☀️

A beautiful piece of paradise – close to everything

A beautiful piece of paradise – close to everything. The condo is beautiful… Well equipped and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean just outside your door. The Sound of the waves will lull you to sleep every night While ocean breezes come through your expansive lanai. We saw many turtles right outside our condo as well as glimpses of dolphins and whales in the ocean. Parking was free and convenient, And the Kitchen had everything we needed. There are also plenty of towels and even lounge chairs for our use. Holly did an outstanding job of communicating us through the process and was very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this condo for your Hawaiian adventure.

Stellar view and location

Sitting on the balcony watching the waves and sunsets from this place are priceless! And Da Poke Shack is right in the parking lot! Even though it is like an older motel, it was very quiet, and easy to sleep to crashing waves. Best for 4 people, as the sofabed is only separated from the master by a sliding door (lack of privacy and no sound-proofing), the space is comfortable, with all the amenities you need to cook your own food! Snorkel Bob’s nearby will outfit you with gear, and the unit has a couple beach chairs and an umbrella, plus boogie board. For a big Sandy beach, head to Hapuna about 35 minutes away. However, you can walk to a little strip of sand next door to lay out or sit, and a little further down is a surfing and snorkeling beach. Driving is necessary to get to restaurants and activities, and parking is tough in town, usually requires paid lots. But getting in and out of the property is easy! Plenty of towels and linens and all are comfy! Sofabed, not so much. Hard to use the closet in the guest bedroom with the bed arrangement, as it is a tight space. Owner was fantastic and provided great food recommendations, and accommodated us every step of the way! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location

We really enjoyed being in the heart of all the action in the Kona area. The evening sunsets were fantastic. Even had turtles visible from the balcony in the tide pools below. We'd love to come back!

Absolutely Amazing!

It was exactly like the photos and even better being there in person. We slept every night with the screen doors open listening to waves and enjoyed sunsets on the patio. Little downtown area was only a few minutes away. Loved everything about it!!

Fantastic Stay on The Big Island Hawaii

This location and VRBO was a GREAT way of ending our two week stay on the islands. This unit has a beautiful view on the balcony that is picture perfect with awesome sunsets on the ocean. Walking to the water every morning, we would see huge turtles, and puffer fish and other exotic fish swimming near the shore. The rental also had chairs and other amenities which we used on the beach. It was very centrally located in Kailua-Kona just minutes from great surf and snorkeling both North and South from our location. We enjoyed all the shops and markets along the beach as well as GREAT food every night at a new restaurants. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great condo with a great view!

Condo was spacious for our family of 4, we stayed for 9 nights. The large open doors were great to watch the ocean and the sounds of the crashing waves put us to sleep at night. Kitchen was well stocked as were bath towels and the washer/dryer was great option to have. There are lots of "play" things to use at the condo when we were there - beach towels, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. Getting out of the property can be difficult at times if traffic was heavy on the main road. We had one issue upon arrival with an interior door lock, but it was resolved quickly by Holly/team. Only minor complaint was the building itself was dated and parking garage could use some updating/fixing. I'm sure that's not something in the owner's control.

This was a truly enjoyable place to stay with wonderful amenities, clear communication, clean facilities, and an unforgettable view! We LOVED staying here and will be back again.Whales, surfers, sunsets, turtles, and a seal - all without leaving the property! If you are thinking of this location as an option for your stay, do it!

Great Kona Condo All-Around

We always love the Kona Bali Kai and this stay was no exception!! We loved the condo. It was super kid friendly. The view was incredible. Sleeping to the waves is so relaxing. The property management was super helpful and communicative. The location is close to everything yummy and fun, and right on the beach. 5 stars across the board.
