My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights, the room was fabulous, the host Herr Jacobs was beyond accommodating, friendly and kind, I felt more like I was at my families home. The location was close to downtown and the Hotel had all the European Charm expected to include breakfast, coffee was amazing! I received a call to assure all was good and I would arrive on time, then greeted by wonderful young man eager to help and take out suitcases upstairs. Everyone spoke beautiful English and saved me the embarrassment of butchering the German language. Thank you for a lovely time!

Un accueil irréprochable

Le gérant de l'hôtel m'a appelé alors que j'étais encore dans le train pour savoir à quelle heure j'allais arriver. Je n'avais séjourné qu'une fois au Stadt Hotel en août dernier mais il s'est souvenu de moi et a même fait l'effort de s'adresser à moi en français. Cela dit tout de la qualité de l'accueil dans ce petit hôtel très agréable. Je recommande absolument.

Une oasis de calme et de confort

Bien que n'ayant passé qu'une courte nuit (départ à 2h30 du matin) j'ai été très bien accueilli par le gérant qui a insisté pour téléphoner lui-même à la compagnie de taxi qui devait me prendre le lendemain (je ne parle pas allemand). Il m'a aussi suggéré quelques visites à faire en centre-ville ainsi qu'un restaurant pour le soir. Tout est très propre dans ce petit hôtel situé à 5mn à pied du centre, dans un quartier très calme. La chambre individuelle est petite mais confortable et le petit patio ombragé parfait pour déguster une bonne bière locale !

Boutique Hotel im Zentrum

Kleines schnuckliges Stadthotel im Zentrum von Kaiserslautern. Ich hatte ein grosses, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Dazu der perfekte und sehr persönliche Service des Gastgebers. Sollte ich wieder hier zu tun haben, komme ich gerne zurück.
