"Room was very comfortable, direct access to the thermal spa was really handy, robes and spa towels and slippers and tote bag were very convenient. Wrist band allows room access and spa and sauna access, that was really convenient. If therme spa is busy, it can be difficult to get into the parking lot. Hotel and spa are in what looks like a commercial area, it’s not overly attractive. No nice views from the rooms. "

"Even though I scheduled my stay weeks in advance, when I arrived, what I had requested and pre-paid for was changed. Even though I was traveling alone, I was told that I was upgraded to a larger room. But this was a very dark basement room with an additional bunk bed. It was so cold and the heat took hours to reach a point when I cold remove my coat. There was not a comfortable chair in the room; just cheap plastic chairs. The stairs going down to the basement were crowded with stand-alone storage closets that narrowed the turns and it was very dark. The only other common area in the building remained locked and unavailable. There was more, but I think that this is enough to warn potential guests. It felt like a bait and switch to me. "

"The property is in a beautiful setting. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The restuarant and beer garten were not open, which was very disappointing. Easy parking and friendly staff. The property was 25 min to Frankfurt airport not 11 as advertised. "

"Enjoyed the warm water pool and sauna. Small kitchen (no fridge) even though website states it has one. Overall, great place but outdated. "

"The apartment was good for us in that it had 4 bedrooms and was close to the bus stop to get to the train station.Travel into Frankfurt was easy with the S3 train. There are a couple of nice restaurants close by along with a very nice bakery. I would encourage the hosts to label the photos called exterior as of the city and not the building. "
