"The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, explaining the hotel facilities and local choices for eating. I was under the impression that the hotel had a restaurant but, as was explained, there is so much choice nearby it isn't really an issue. They do have a bar which is open till around 22:00 hrs during the week. They do serve breakfast, which is really good value at EUR 5. The rooms are a very good size, with comfy beds and a decent bathroom."

Kein Schickimicki sondern bayrischer Gasthof mit viel Flair. Im Aussenbereich konnten wir tagsüber unter zwei großen Kastanien sitzen und unser Essen und die Getränke genießen. "Was very pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much, perhaps something a bit small in the middle of nowhere. However, the buildings are characterful, the surrounding countryside scenic and the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable although perhaps slightly dated. Breakfast was also good. Easy to reach by car and with plenty of parking, not so sure about public transport though, although it is just outside a reasonable sized town. I highly recommend it."
