The Space:
Beautifully decorated and modern residence, fully equipped offering all the comforts for your holidays!
In the large living room you will relax next to the fireplace where 3 guests can be hosted at the 2 comfortable sofas-beds.
Relax at the two spacious bedrooms, the one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and large wardrobes, after your excursions to the city's attractions or the beach. There is a modern and spacious bathroom.
In the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities you will prepare meals with local products and you will grill on the BBQ with your friends or family.
Enjoy your coffee or your drink on the balcony gazing Messinian gulf and the beautiful sunsets.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to all the areas of the house, to the balcony and the garden.

The Neighborhood:
The comfortable house is located in a large cautiously cultivated garden full of flowers and trees in a suburb of Kalamata city called Verga.
Verga area, with the beautiful white pebble beach (100m from the house), the magnificent park of Almyros (550m) and the unique cafe-bars is one of the most advantageous seaside areas of the region.
The beach is located in a walking distance from the house (only 100m) while you may find also supermarket, bakery, coffee-bar and the traditional taverns in a radious less than 50m.

Along the beach there are many bars, cafes, restaurants, local fish taverns and entertainment venues.
It is worth visiting and enjoy the evening panoramic view of the "Kastraki" (2Km).
It is only 7km from the cosmopolitan Kalamata with its museums and the award-winning park with the railroad exhibition.

Also you can visit the picturesque harbor of Kitries (14km), the scenic Kardamili (30km), the touristic Stoupa (35km), the castle city of Mystras (50km), the caves of Diros (85km), the Polylimnio waterfalls (38km), the Ancient Messini (35km), Costa Navarino (55km) etc.

Getting Around:
Private parking is available on the premises, while on the provincial road of Kalamata-Mani near the house there is a bus stop for buses to and from Kalamata, as well as the neighboring villages.
In the city of Kalamata, on the other hand, there is an International Airport ''Vassilis Constantakopoulos'' (15km) with flights to various destinations in Greece and abroad, as well as a bus station with links throughout Greece.
