I would have liked another seating area reserved for guests only. Great staff, thanks to Dorcas who works on the 3rd floor, very lovely. And thanks to Simons at the buffet. "Although Mike is a courteous man, his place terrible. The Ad on Hotel.com is misleading. I didn't check in till 10 PM. The area is very dark and insecure. From the get go, Mike told me that the room I've booked was not available. He put me a small, mosquito infested room without basic items. I spent 1 night because I could call a cab. I left the place early in the morning. Please refund me for my entire booking. This was a horrible experience. TOTAL REFUND!"
