"I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

We all shed a tear at checkout. I’ve never experienced the level of genuine kindness and hospitality that we did here anywhere in the world. Our wedding would not have been the same without them. From the food to the amazing view, this place is truly magic. "

"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant stay overall. The food was good and enjoyable, although the menu became a bit repetitive after a few days. It was disappointing that only one restaurant was open during our stay, which limited dining options. Also, having no water available in the room was an inconvenience. With a few small improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience."
