We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It has a great location. We didn’t have to drive far to main attractions and we would have time to come back to have dinner. We had dinner there both nights and it was great, small menu but good options.

The views are absolutely breathtaking. I loved how each room had its own little balcony so you could see the stars and have a little privacy. I wish the property had more trails to walk around and see more of the scenery. Breakfast was very good and fulfilling. A bit pricey but well worth the scenery.

Loved staying at the Fosshótel Núpar on our way driving back from Jökulsárlón to Reykjavík. Room was modern and clean. They had a northern lights wake up call and we were lucky enough to see the northern lights right outside of the hotel room from the rooms patio! Would stay here again!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and the location is beautiful and convenient to all the major activities in the region. Continental breakfast was good too. The major downsides were the cleanliness of the bedding and bathrooms, which were not as clean as I would’ve liked.

This is an entirely adequate hotel. The room is pretty basic, kind of reminded me of a field camp or similar. Handle on the shower door fell off when we opened the door. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms are on one long hallway so you get some noise from people walking up and down. The view is pretty nice, and the food at the restaurant was really good.

Nice room but kind of remote. It was a home base for us for 2 days to go see the canyon and glacier. Better restaurant options was 20 minutes away which I wish we had done the first night. Typically expensive menu but I thought the food was not that great though we only had the burger and fish and chips. We went back towards the Kirkjubæjarklaustur, with much better restaurant choices. If you are doing ring road, I would probably stay closer to there.

Large room, comfortable beds, bathroom large enough; however the showers area is a bit too small Plenty of free parking in front of hotel Very good breakfast; but choice of vegetable limited Hotel offered a few free drink vouchers to Happy Hour (4pm-6pm). But we were unable to use because we came back to hotel too late after a day out.

This hotel was convenient to Laki Craters and Vik. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Dinner was also very good. Room was comfortable. The only issue was mold in the shower. I expect better from a Foss hotel.

Staff was incredible, as is in every fosshotel we've ever stayed at. Great location to skaftafell and many other attractions near systrafoss. Stunning views from room. Great breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend the arctic char and risotto. 100% staying here again

Excellent breakfast, I recommend to pre-buy it when you book the hotel. Room is clean and staff are top notch. Only issue is that beds are too narrow ( less than 30 inches wide). Not used to that as a Canadian!

After a long day driving, this hotel feels like heaven. They have a nice restaurant which made us feel great for a nice diner! very big rooms comparing to other hotels we stayed in the same trip. The view is amazing. Very nice! wanted to stay more days but we needed to keep going! highly recommend it.

The location is breathtaking. Each room has its own panoramic view and direct access to the outside space. The shower box is a bit too small. There’s ev charging outside. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Fantastic breakfast.
