    If you are looking for a unique getaway in the beautiful historic Goldfields, Kalgoorlie, then this lovely 3-bedroom cottage could be for you. The owners have worked tirelessly alongside local trades, to enhance the charm and character of this beautiful property. The cottage is filled with artefacts from yesteryear to convey an 'art deco' style with a twist of modern convenience.

    The floorboards tell a story of grandeur in the main rooms. The three bedrooms showcase a mix of jarrah and pine. The pressed tin ceilings will have you imagining the candlelit rooms of yesteryear. There is a traditional cooking stove in and adds to the quaintness and authenticity albeit, not aged... These are just some things that are so vital in preserving here in the wonderful goldfields. You can now share in the experience of 'Little Addis'... the little moody, swoony cottage.

    Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 6):

    Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
    Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
    Third Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (Sleeps 2)


    The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

    Of course, Kalgoorlie has so much on offer. You can google most anything! The restaurants, the museum, the Blacksmiths on Sunday's (look out for their knife making courses) and so much more.

We booked this property for a golfing holiday to the excellent renewed Goldfields Golf Club. For anyone planning a golfing trip this house offers excellent proximity to the course, literally about a three minute drive to the clubhouse. Excellent shops and amenities nearby, and a very elegant little cottage with steaming hot water!

Working holidays require a comfortable place for our guys to retreat to at the and of a long day. The reports we got back from them is that they loved Addis Cottage in Kalgoorlie. It was immaculate, had all the comforts of home, was interesting with its pictorial history of Kalgoorlie and they would recommend this place to all. We wouldn't hesitate to book here when we are in Kalgoorlie next.
