"Stayed here for 5 days and not once my room was cleaned. I had to ask for a new set of towels."

"Didn’t use the laundry. The bed was not made properly and was stained. The bathroom floor was not clean but in Kalgoorlie it is not easy to keep floors clean. The bath mat we used when showering was dirty underneath when we picked it up to hang on the rail. Hot water supply was not good and rarely lasted more than a minute or two. Air conditioner worked well. The staff in reception were mostly helpful and the restaurant staff were very good."

"The apartment was very comfortable and was very well located within easy walking distance of all city amenities. Furnishings were good and the spa was a very welcomed addition! Bed was comfy and check in was very easy with pleasant staff who were very accommodating. I would stay again if ever in Kalgoorlie as was impressed and our two day stay was made very comfortable in this apartment. "
