"For the price we paid £48 for a night in a basic room it was fantastic value. The room was only small, but it was clean and we had a balcony with a sea view and breakfast included. For a night in Kalkan it was great value. The guy on check in and out was a bit miserable but other than that I would definitely recommend. Plus we are at the beach bar over the road a 2 min walk. The home made pizza was fab and the view of the sea was to die for. "

"We genuinely loved our time an Likya Gardens. Arrival was a smooth and comfortable drive - transfer they arranged. We had a seaview room- the bed was very comfortable even for my bad back- slept like a baby. The facilities in the room were all you needed, incl slippers, bathrobe and mini bar. Strong WiFi signal too The Beach Club, where you'll be having the breakfast is right in front of the rooms. The sun beds are comfortable allowing a choice of privacy or a more sociable setting. Multiple stairs to enter the water from the cliff you're on give easy access. Sweet water showers are also welcomed! Breakfast is a tasty range of many meats, cheeses, fruits and eggs of your choice- make sure you leave an hour to eat- you'll be spoilt. The lunch menu offers a wide choice of local and international dishes. For dinner we went to the local sister hotel Likya Pavillion which is a 300metre walk away. The fish and cocktails there were amazing! Probably the best experience of the whole stay was the day tour the manager of the hotel (who's also a qualified guide) organised for us. From my partner's long wish list he walked us through the options and organised a smooth and interesting your where we heard stories of past civilizations as well as current local context. Highly recommend you ask about this at the reception. The city centre is a 15min walk away but you can also get one of the many taxies for only TRY200."

"We have just had the most amazing 2 night stay at Green Beach Hotel. It was a very spontaneous stay for us, we were staying in a villa an hour away and decided to have a night in Kalkan, Kas - searched google for a hotel and this lovely looking place with direct access to sea came up. We arrived and were greeted by such a lovely group of staff down the stairs at the main bar and restaurant. We had a really lovely lunch before checking in. Food is very reasonably priced, about £8-9 for a cocktail and mains are between £7-12 for most things and it is all really good quality and presented well. We then checked in to our rooms, they had a lovely look out onto the sea and harbour and were very clean and well maintained. The pool area is so lovely and relaxing, the hotel is a small boutique hotel with about 10 rooms open when we arrived, and probably 5 groups of guests. They have really comfortable sun loungers and rattan lounge beds/pods/love seat things all around. The team are so happy to get you drinks round the pool and help out wherever they can. Breakfast was lovely, very traditional Turkish breakfast but you can ask for what you want and extras if you fancy it but it’s already a lot of food. It is super relaxed here, very chilled out, no ‘rules’ which we loved. It is super hilly around this area so if you are walking keep this in mind. A lot of love places around, a lovely stone beach, sea is gorgeous and so clear. would definitely visit again "

"Fab property, well located and with exemplary staff. Definitely exceeded our expectations and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice … centre of town was a good 20 minute walk … yes it is hilly in places but we enjoyed the walking … taxis are very available if walking is too much. Pool was clean with sun beds always available and generally a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend."

"What a great little hotel and right in the heart of the old town. easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants all right on the doorstep. The staff were fabulous, warm and welcoming, always very helpful. The Turkish breakfast was brilliant too, lots of variety brought to your table. Don't expect a full English and why would you. Go for the healthy option of olives, several different breads, eggs, fresh tomatoes and cucumber and at least 4 different jams and honeys. Room service was always available. We're going back as soon as we can."
