"Perfection! We genuinely couldn't fault this amazing villa. It was such a lovely space to spend time, we honestly had to drag ourselves away to go exploring during the course of our stay! Andy was a very kind and host, we had good exchanges prior to arrival and since our friends were arriving first, he made the arrival process super simple in terms of accessing the property, getting keys etc. The whole space worked for us brilliantly; stunning outside space with the very best views, gorgeous dining area in the shade, amazing pool that the kids lived in and really beautiful bedrooms with fabulous bathrooms for each. All really light, spacious and absolutely everything that you might need provided, from superb air con to washing machine, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher etc. We were two families, so eight of us in total: 2x sets of parents with four children between us, aged from 12 to 15 - and the villa worked for us all. Truly, we didn't want to leave!"

"Title: Misleading Listing and Maintenance IssuesWe stayed here for one week with several families and sadly the experience did not match the listing. The house was more worn than the photos suggested, and cleanliness was below expectations. The trampoline shown in the pictures — one of the main reasons we chose this property for the children — was not there.We also faced several issues: the pool umbrellas were broken and only replaced the next day, so we spent the first day without shade. The dishwasher racks kept falling off, posing a danger with glassware inside, and later stopped washing properly. The kitchen was poorly equipped; pans and utensils were burned, scratched or melted. Replacements were brought after we asked, but we had to manage without them for a couple of days. For guests who prefer cooking at home, this was a big disappointment.The host’s attitude was reactive rather than proactive — whenever we pointed out a problem, the response was “I’ll bring it tomorrow” or “I’ll fix it soon.” While some issues were eventually addressed, it left the impression that many shortcomings were already known but ignored unless guests complained.Overall, the house is spacious and has potential, but misleading photos, missing amenities, and lack of proper maintenance made our stay disappointing. "

"Everything from booking to checking in and checking out has been first class. Attila the owner replied back with answers and solutions to everything we asked. The villa is fantastic, the views stunning and felt like home from the start. There was nothing the villa didnt have that we required and if we did need anything Attila would of made it happen. Wouldnt hesistate to stay here again. "

"We had a Fantastic week here. We came home completely relaxed. We had a hire car so was able to get into Kalkan easily. (5 mins). Great communication from the owner who was really helpful. The area is quiet and relaxing. Outdoor BBQ was in constant use by us. Great location, great facilities, great holiday. Thank you "

"Had a great stay! All the staff were super friendly—especially Ihlas—and always ready to help without being pushy. Manager Yavuz was very kind and approachable. The room was clean and comfy, and the cleaning service was excellent. The beach was a highlight—quiet, private, clean sunbeds, and stunning turquoise water. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm, quality beachside escape."
