"We had a two night stay here at £48 per night B&B. It was our first time to Kas and found the location of this hotel to be fantastic for getting anywhere! No need to worry about hills or long walks - you can get to most things without them. We booked the basic room which we knew was on the small side, it did feel small but it was manageable for two nights. The balcony was a great size and the facilities within the room were brilliant. Wifi was great, shower great and lots of toiletries...

"What a difficult review! What seems like should have been a 10 property had so many issues. We stayed 2 nights. The first night I woke up from some thumping along the wall at the floor. It lasted about 5 minutes. Stopped. Then started again a bit later. We were gone all day and when we went to bed to get woken up multiple times. You could hear gurgling coming through the floor, clanking in the walls, and air in the pipes. In the morning all you could hear was air in the pipes and low water...

"The hotel was spotlessly clean and well located. We had a sea view balcony room which actually had a great view of the sea. The room was very well laid out and felt spacious and the pool was a welcome oasis. The roof top terrace with a lounging area was a nice touch although we didn't use it. Great value and we would come back. "
