Durali at the front desk and the young lady in the morning at the desk were very professional, sincere and always had a smile and welcomed you back with wonderful tea. "We arrived at the hotel; it was all chained up at the gates. We called hotel but just got an answer phone message. We also called hotels.com to inform them of the hotel had shut down. They tried to contact them but failed to get a response. So we never stayed and I am awaiting a refund for the trip. Further later that week in the town I spoke to local people and they confirmed to me that the hotel was shut down over 2 years ago due to financial issues. "
