"This apartment was perfect for us. Far enough out of the main town to be quiet and tranquil and close enough to comfortably walk to bars/restaurants and the beach. Easy to get a taxi back at night for 150 lire. The views are spectacular and the apartment is large and comfortable - great showers ! We had a wonderful time and will certainly return."

"I’m an Expedia Gold Member since 2011. I don't get pleased easily but this property is top notch compared to others in Kas. Let's say it's my favorite for now! I just wish they have more English speakers to accommodate nonnatives. "

"The apartments did not have kitchen supplies as: salt, wash detergent etc. Fourth floor with very narrow steps made impossible taking up the luggage. Very low ceilings, I am 189 and I bumped on them a dozen times a day. Water leaks from the shower cabin to the floor. Mattress is sluggish on one side, so during the night my wife rolled down all the time."

"The penthouse apartment we stayed in was perfect for our group with amazing views of the sea and town. Clean, comfortable and great location close to the main square. The only thing that could make this even better and a 5/5 is if there was coffee available to brew. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. This would have been a great addition to enjoy on the balcony in the morning. Otherwise no complaints and would highly recomend this to anyone staying in Kas! Thank you"

"Matt was an absolutely fantastic host. Always there to answer any query and make anything available. The property is situated very close to the centre. 10-15 min walk away from everything. (Do keep in mind that Kalkan is very steep and a lot of roads with some crazy gradients) The property is well equipped with all necessities and is quite luxurious too. Everything was very clean. The package of goodies for the pantry was amazing - more than the basic necessities! Nothing was an effort for...

"Very clean. The garden is lovely. It has two outdoor shaded sitting areas. Lots of beautiful greenery. We saw banana trees. There is free guest parking. We stayed in Bahce 1, which is on the ground floor. It was relaxing and restful, and has a small balcony for two people to drink tea. Everything is well shaded and not very hot in our apartment. Very modern and well decorated. The bathroom walls were all marble and the shower had a rain shower in it. There was hot water, but it's hot only...
