There's everything you might need, from refrigerator and cooktop through shower with hot water. Kim is a very attentive and hospitable host. We had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to everybody who is looking for some solitude or juat trying to discover less touristy north and north east part of Big Island."
