"The property was in a good location during the day, there is the opportunity to see real Vienna being out the city center. Arriving at night as a solo female traveller wasn't ideal in this area, it feels very dark and the streets are extremely quiet. "I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent.
