"Good hotel if you don't need early breakfast (before 8am) or someone on hand at all times. Very clean rooms, good design and well maintained. I'd asked to cancel my breakfast pre-purchase and was rejected even though I'd only be using it once out of three days starting. "

"Location of the property is in an alley so a big van or shuttle would not be able to drop you off directly. The property is center of a lot of bars and restaurants. The only issue are the elevators. It's small (can fit 1 person and 1-2 luggage at a time) and it can take awhile to get down if you have a lot of luggages. Overall the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again."

"This hotel is perfectly located near the metro station and walking distance to all sites. My suite was spacious and clean. I appreciated the little gifts and hand written notes left in my room. The service and breakfast was amazing. I requested different pillows and an iron and they dropped it off within minutes. The ladies in the restaurant were so polite and kind. I will definitely be coming back!"

"We were only there a short time, late check in then up early to catch our flight home so we did not see what the community had to offer. Free shuttle was a bonus but on our arrival could not find them so more detail would have been nice in any of our communications prior to us getting there. We did not know what to look for. Building itself was loud, could hear the other guests coming and going quite well. But it was clean and had what we needed for our very short stay. "
