"Excellent hotel! I recommend for those who want to be close to downtown Shibuya, but want to rest in a quieter area. Location was great for day trips throughout Tokyo, only a ~12 minute walk to Shibuya station where you can easily get a direct train to Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Akihabara, etc. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. In the hotel, the room was spacious, comfortable, and had great air conditioning (even despite the August 90+ degree Fahrenheit weather and humidity). The mini fridge, washer/dryer, and sink were super convenient as well. The amenities were all new, such as the shower/tub, and the elevators were very fast. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly accommodating from the start to finish of our trip. That included luggage transfer from Haneda airport (when we arrived at the hotel, the suitcases were already in our room!), helping with the luggage trolleys when we were leaving, receiving a package. and providing extra towels after we were caught in the rain. Truly such kind and helpful employees! Shoutout to Luffy for all her help and kindness."

"Good choice of restaurants & handy 7-11 shop in the basement area of the hotel, clothes shop and bakery in the hotel lobby. Money changing machine too but no ATM. Convenient for one tube line with other to Ginza areas a 10 minute walk through a park area. Pool & jacuzzi and an onsen type mineral bath was available in the spa area of the hotel for a (low) fee, however note you cannot put bathrobe on in room & head down to spa in it, as it is a long walk from hotel through conference / wedding area in the basement area to the spa area & hotel etiquette forbids it. That said, spa also offers excellent deep tissue ‘sports massage’ available at reasonable cost in spa area at short notice and there is a separate thalgo brand facial/massage place as well."
