"The room was packed with all the amenities needed for a good stay and the yukata was sturdy and of good material. Overall I really enjoyed staying at the hotel as the SPA facilities which included a public bath was larger than expected with both indoors and outdoors pool. The only downside is the noise coming from outside even though we were on floor 21 however the staff provided free earplugs for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel and due to its location in the heart of Shinjuku, it’s hard to beat with the affordable price we paid."

"Clean rooms, very accommodating staff, and the location is quiet and peaceful. One thing that might be a little problem is that there is no AC however the room does have a Dyson fan in the room to help remedy that issue."

"The AC has only 3 settings and it was so hot even with the coolest setting. The tub is so high it’s difficult to get into. The rooms are so small we could not open our luggage. They also do not clean rooms or change sheets unless you stay over 3 days. The walls are very thin and you can hear what’s going on in other rooms and outside. "

"This place is centrally located next to a train/subway station which was great since we were using the train/subway multiple times to get around. Also it was next to several great restaurants that were within a 5 minute walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious."
