"Great hotel in a great location. The staff was super accommodating, and the rooms were pretty spacious. Also, there are toilet toiletries in the lobby that you can take up to your room that have everything you'll need for your stay. Just a great hotel in general."

"The AC has only 3 settings and it was so hot even with the coolest setting. The tub is so high it’s difficult to get into. The rooms are so small we could not open our luggage. They also do not clean rooms or change sheets unless you stay over 3 days. The walls are very thin and you can hear what’s going on in other rooms and outside. "

"This place is centrally located next to a train/subway station which was great since we were using the train/subway multiple times to get around. Also it was next to several great restaurants that were within a 5 minute walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious."

"Elevators are terrible. Can be waiting up to 15 minutes for availability. They warn you about checkout time but it’s consistent throughout the day. The rooms are so tiny you can’t have bags open while also have space to move around. Bathrooms are next to impossible they are so tiny and kind of feel like a bathroom you’d see on a boat. Number of guests they’re squeezing in is likely the issue with the elevator, so many rooms with so few elevators. Had included breakfast but it was so jammed with people we only were able to use it once. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms are clean."
