"This hotel is on the Ginza train line and only a 50m walk to the station. It is situated away from the Tokyo hustle but within a few stops of everything. The hotel is modern and very comfortable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was spacious for a Japanese hotel. There was a separate toilet and a large shower with plenty of water pressure. The kitchen had just enough, with a good-sized fridge and a separate freezer. The beds were comfortable."

"Though the room is small, every section is utilized to maximize space and usability. We had total 4 luggages, 2 backpacks, and 2 duffles and made it work but it was definitely a struggle at times. Loved the amenity bar and the drink stations. I wish I could add extra points for the location because you’re super close to Senso-ji Temple and the surrounding shopping area (Uniqlo, Muji, Jins, 24hr DonQi, GU, Daiso). Also extra points for the staff who were super kind and helpful with our questions on how to get to Narita via train. "

"The Disney shuttle made things so much easier. Very close to Kinshicho station and all the shops and dining options in the area. Quiet at night and safe. Local park and shopping mall nearby. Convenient but not overcrowded. Our second stay here and wouldn't hesitate staying here again. In truth the hotel is dated but it did not bother us. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very lovely and welcoming - attentive to all our needs. Saw many families staying here with young kids. We had all our meals already planned so we did not get to try to in-house dining but will do next time. Limited facilities (i.e. no pool, onsen etc.) but don't let that deter you. Highly recommend Tobu Levant."
