This semi-detached, refurbished villa is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom witha bath or shower and a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, which sleep up to 2 persons. There is also a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and a wonderful traditional sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. All beds are of the single type. box spring, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. A storage room makes it complete. Outside there is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The villa has parking space for one car. Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard offers a range of villas for four to sixteen people.
