"Hotel policy of NOT providing any slippers was although floor appears dirty from shoe wearing staff was the main drawback of staying in this property.
Staff attentive but management reluctance to guests request are disturbing "

"It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average.
Owners should think of refurbish the rooms. "

"Property was dirty. Staff was unbelievably rude. Location is good - but there are 25 other hotels within a block or two, so no reason to stay at this location. The whole place was gloomy, almost creepy. Avoid. Pick another place. "
