We found this hotel to be quite luxurious an the location was great!
Check in process was quick and painless. The front desk and concierge staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was very nice and we appreciated the cleanliness.
Breakfast selection was also very good.

Superb hotel, very good bed, nice breakfast for the price! Definitely 10 from 10!! Don't expect "4 seasons" for 30$ a day with breakfast!! ))) The question?!) Will i stay again!? DEFINITELY! in Auckland, New Zealand its will be bed in backpackers with No breakfast lol. I love absolutely everything about this hotel. Its not next to KLCC but it's walking distance. 20 minutes max. ( not with loggege tho ...)

Excellent 5-star hotel. The food is exceptionally good and diverse, and the location is very walkable, near the twin towers. The only gripe can be the beds. Great, but I have seen even better in other hotels.
