"The location of the hotel is perfect for us. We loved the pool and the gym. The Xmas Eve buffet could have been better with more quality seafood. Somehow, the seafood tasted bland. We honestly wouldn't mind to pay more for that. There is mould inside the shower cubicle, which signals a deep cleaning is overdue. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. "

"My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. We liked this hotel very much. The staff were excellent. We had a spacious suite on the 11th floor. The pool was nice ( nicer without the pop music ). It was a nice place to come for relaxation. Only negative was the beach . We want to come back to this Doubletree again anyway because the staff was so welcoming , nice room, pool, and good price. Thank you! "

"Staff were welcoming and helpful. Standout lady was Kha Mun, efficient and remembered details about us ( hopefully because we were nice! ), fun and so professional. Room in the heritage wing was great, spacious and old style which we prefer to modern rooms which lack character. Bottled water provided daily, complimentary mini bar and wine on arrival. Loved the daily offerings of canapés and a drink between 6pm and 7pm. Such lovely tasty nibbles and we looked forward to it each day. Pool was...
