"Location was a plus. Room was small but clean. Office is located on second floor and took some time to find it out. Otherwise it looks like a typical apartment building with no reception office. We used it to dropoff luggage while taking a 5 ringgit taxi pick n drop by grab to theme park And cable ride."

"The hotel was good and affordable price. Very clean and they provided guide to the hotel once you booked in advance. Parking space also a lot and easy to find the room. They also provided hairdryer, iron, ironboard which was very good but they don't have a complimentary coffee or tea to drink even though kettle and cups is provided. The room also have thin walls as we can hear other people voices in the next room very clear haha! "

"Check in is relatively easy following the procedure given; Environment and settling is nice. However, access is not easy especially there is a road closure but the hotel is not properly sign posted; Notice is given that it takes 45 minutes after switching on the water heater for hot water (which in itself is not great), in reality, no hot water is available after at least 2 hours. Hot water is available after overnight. Other defects include hair dryer is not working and access to balcony...
