"All was good except the check in instructions had a bit of communication error. Tower 6 was not able to find at the main swimming pool deck. Collect of keys was disrupted and caused some delays. Wifi at tower 6 unit was not there, no access at all. After feedback, the admin arrange another room at tower 2 for the 2nd night. Which was much better than the 1st night. Thank you. Overall was a pleasant experience."

"The stay is good, check in is smooth n check out. The only things is last time they do provide free shuttle bus but now is being charge 7Rm per person. You can prebook the shuttle bus online at 6Rm per person. Since there is no free shuttle bus provide hence there is no need to book hotels around there. Is inconvenient to go anywhere. Overall the stay is good except for the shuttle bus service "
