In off season although limited but friendly staff it’s kind off the beaten path. Due to this they several few locations to eat with even fewer options of food and no great selections at those you could eat.
The Japanese Onsen at the hotel itself was relaxing .
Nice apartment but no upkeeping, Very dusty, smelly moist and damp. Not worth for the price.
Carpark lift smelly & dirty.
No signage & walk distance to hotel from parking basement.
Hotel guest only allow one hour dipping in the hot spring.
Overall not up to my expectations.
Among Genting this is quite convenient hotel to stay. Like their hot tub with different temperature zone. Enjoy the overall stay there and had back to stay there quite many time.
this is second time back to this hotel and different room. noticed some changes, this package include 2hr Onsen dipping session which is very relax and refreshing. Only comment was there are miscommunication between the Onsen staff and Fun Manager as my booking became 2 * 1hr sessions instead of a 2hr package. Free snacks and condiments are no more. Location had added more shops and snack shops which make the stay more interesting compare to last trip which was empty and boring. Bus fare had increased to RM7
There's a building under construction beside the property. At night, you can hear them banging away. The doors aren't keeping the noise from the corridor out. Our room had this issue with the aircon ticking loudly, which I complained about but have been dismissed by the management as "normal operational characteristic". Haven't had much good sleep during our stay.
Getting to and from attractions at Genting Highlands can be inconvenient because the bus shuttle goes only once per hour. There are a few restaurants to choose from which is unsatisfactory. The options are decent enough but the price is quite steep for what you get, which is understandable given that the area can be logistically challenging.
There's no room service, nothing in the in-room fridge, there's not even a telephone as all communication with the property is done through Whatsapp which isn't as bad as it seems, given that there isn't room service anyway and they are responsive.
If you are looking to work remotely, the internet holds up but it's definitely below 20 Mbps.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend it if you want convenience, being able to explore the main areas of Genting Highlands, or like getting a good night's sleep. The property is more of a serviced condo rather than a hotel.
The entrance road towards the hotel is terrible, and the parking place is far from the hotel, not convenient at all. It is not advisable to book for a family holiday unless you want to stay in an "uninterrupted" condition.

The weather was cool so it was nice. We did not use the air cond at all.
Good and responsive customer support. Good Onsen services with extra charges. Amenities are not new. Always need to get transport to and fro to other areas in Genting highlands.
Hot spring good as expected, very nice crews, good service
Sometimes construction noise disturbs, but hotel response fast to handle the case
Really far away from town, even to first world, don’t think you can grab everywhere~need to use the hotel taxi service, you can always ask for crew’s help
Good pricing and property is clean. Only a bit cumbersome that you have to park at another building and climb up and down just to get to Yanne. Every trip up to Genting Main would require around a 20mins drive. Gym equipment Were quite complete but poorly maintained.
Excellent new hotel in Genting Highlands.
Lovely views and plenty of things to do here. Enjoyed the free minibar and had a great time soaking in the Onsen.
Highly recommended if you are visiting Genting!
Is over priced and over rated, the room is small n d worst part is there was a smoke detector on the middle of the bedroom ceiling n constantly flashing , couldn’t sleep at all n there was no front counter service at night , the earlier room which I rejected was facing the construction area , noisy and eye sore..
